To make long story short, Kultur verleiht Fluegel is about a group of young people, who will and do learn about independent cultural initiatives in the area of Austria, Slovenia and Italy. They also research possibilities in radio broadcasting, new media technologies and multicultural activism and way of thinking. The project lasts for a year and a half and is run by Radio Agora in cooperation with partner radios and cultural initiatives.
